This is basically based on one of my favorite epsiodes “U Got the Look” when manny chanqes her style from cute to hawt. Basically the sonq is sayinq that manny just needs room to let her self be free and be out there, but still Emma is beinq a jealous wreck over manny and J.T’s crush on her is holdinq her back from beinq who she wants to be with.
